MIAMI - May 1, 2014 - PRLog -- “People like to read hence, content will always be king,” states Rich Preisig, SEO and article writing expert. All the sites that you frequently visit (Facebook, LinkedIn, ESPN, etc.) write massive amounts of content and present you with new information, so the visitor (you) comes back.  When all these Users are going to a site, it displays higher on the search engines, but it’s the content that got the user there to begin with.

Let’s take a closer look at how to write an article for your website.

Rich Preisig presents this situation. Picture yourself at a friend’s barbeque. You and a bunch of guys are standing around the grill drinking a beer. The conversation comes to you. Someone asks you, “What do you do?” What are you going to say besides that you own a business?  This is exactly what you have to tackle when you’re about to write your first article about your business. - http://www.richpreisig.com

The first thing you need to do is take the necessary time to write down the answers to the following question.  Think them out.

1)    In a perfect world, if you wanted someone to find your business online - what would you want them to type in Google?

a.    Create a list of 10 keywords

b.    Create a list of 10 keyword phrases.

2)   Again, Rich Preisig sheds light on the mysteries of effective article writing. Here’s the secret to great article writing that interests readers and makes them want to click on your links. Use those exact keywords and keyword phrases in your article. Use them all in every single article you write or just a few if you want to focus on a certain bunch of them. - http://www.crunchbase.com/person/rich-preisig

“In completing this exercise you should have come up with lots of thoughts on what you want to write about, states Rich Preisig. Talking about your business in a simple situation like a barbeque is just an example of how to come up with content. What you would have said is more than enough content for a great article about your business, so think about what you would have said. Assume the person is all ears.

Example: You say, “I own an auto repair company in Phoenix, AZ. We specialize in Porsche’s and Volvo’s.”

You just created several relevant keywords and keyword phrases to write about.

The keywords can be: auto repair, auto repair company, repair porsche’s, repair volvo’s, porsche auto repair, volvo auto repair, phoenix az.

The keyword phrases can be:  auto repair companies in phoenix, auto repair company for posches, porsche auto repair in phoenix, vovlo auto repair in phoenix.

Now put these keywords and keyword phrases to work for you. Rich Preisig says, "Pretend you’re having a conversation with someone who is interested in your product(s) and or service(s) and sell them via an article."  In the real world, this is how you have searchers find you and the keywords you want them to find.
