Philadelphia Japanese Restaurant Yakitori Boy Puts an Asian Twist on Cinco de Mayo

PHILADELPHIA - May 1, 2014 - PRLog -- Mexican cuisine meets a Japanese twist through a food fusion in celebration of Cinco de Mayo at Yakitori Boy Japanese restaurant. This event will include signature drink specials, music and specialty menu options. It's a fiesta you won’t want to miss! The best part? This will be a weeklong celebration, beginning Thursday May 1st and running until the 8th!

The menu includes a Japanese taco with a choice of salmon skin or pork, teriyaki chicken empanadas, a fiesta roll topped with avocado, tuna tartare on tortilla chips, and camarones a la japonesa, which is shrimp sautéed with spicy teriyaki, pepper, oregano, tomato and jalapenos, and more!

Yakitori Boy will also be offering 4 signature drink specials for the Cinco de Mayo celebration. Corona & Dos Equis, a Mexican beer with a kick of lime, Don Julio & Mr. Miyagi, which includes Don Julio Blanco, limejuice cucumber, simple syrup and lime. Also, a Voodoo Margarita with Don Julio Blanco, Melon liqueur, sour pineapple and limes, and lastly Crouching Tiger Shooter with lychee liqueur and Tabasco.
