Frank Mancieri announces launch of new company, GT Growth & Transition Strategies, LLC (gtGrowth)

WOONSOCKET, RI, issued April 30, 2014…Woonsocket, RI resident Frank Mancieri, a veteran of the business advisory and exit planning industries, today announced the launch of his new business advisory practice, GT Growth & Transition Strategies, LLC.

The new firm’s focus is on helping owners of privately-held companies use their businesses to achieve their personal goals.  Mancieri assists business owners in growing and building their wealth through business profitability, improvements in cash flow, and increases in business value.  He also focuses on helping to plan for and guide business owners through the complex world of exit planning, as business owners contemplate their future transition.

Mancieri is a member of the Exit Planning Exchange (XPX-Boston); and, for the last ten years, has run his own practice as a partner with B2B CFO Partners, LLC, focusing on New England businesses. He spent four years prior to this working as a business management consultant, most with an Attleboro, MA CPA firm. Prior to that time, he worked for twenty years in various financial management roles for privately-held businesses. He has conducted a number of local presentations on growth planning and exit strategies and has conducted national webinars and live presentations outside of New England, including a sessions on growth strategies and exit planning in Kansas City for a national association.

The Bristol, RI native earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees at Bryant University. He is active in a number of business and civic organizations, including Pinnacle Equity Solutions, an organization focused on training and development in exit planning services; Exit Planning Exchange, where he serves on the Membership Committee; is a member of Brown Forum for Enterprise, The Financial Executives Networking Group, EFNE Entrepreneur-Team and Rhode Island Association of Accounting Professors.  He has served as a volunteer on the Board of Directors at Clinica Esperanza/Hope Clinic in Providence, and as a business advisor for Providence-based Urban Ventures.
