In addition to the new offices, the firm has recently taken on a new national client, which will require further expansion. Oscar, Shayna, Jeremy, and Keith will all be heading up the transition into this new division. These individuals have displayed a student mentality, great work ethic, and successful campaign management. Samantha, an assistant manager at the firm is the best example of leadership in the office, according to the CEO. “There isn’t one thing she can’t do. She’s only been with the company for seven months and flew through the management training program, already set to run the Rocky Hill office for us.”
The CEO also spoke about Jeremy, who started as an intern five weeks ago, and is now one of the best trainers on the team. “He is another great example of what you can accomplish with our company when you apply the basic systems with work ethic and an amazing attitude.” Jeremy and Denise, another member of the firm, both attended the recent Keys to Success conference where they received advanced training in the industry.
With promotions comes the need to fill open positions, and the CEO is looking for specific types of individuals to join their training program. He explained, “We’re on the hunt for individuals who demonstrate our most important principles.”
