Our Weekend BBQ Cabin Opens Memorial Weekend!  May 23, 2014 is opening day at 11am - 7pm!  May 24, 25 & 26th from 11am-6pm!  Stop by and enjoy some delicious pulled pork and brisket!

Catering - Pickup
You can relax while our professional staff prepares Gourmet Meats & Specialty Foods for your event. You may pick up your prepared trays cold or HOT, ready to serve. Hot Box rentals are also available.  Below is a full list of available options from our Pick-Up Menu; small tray feeds approximately 25 people and large tray feeds approximately 50 people.

Catering - Hog Roast & Grill Rental

Grills:  Our grills are commercially made with stainless barred baskets and rotisserie. They are heated with either propane (included) or charcoal (not included). Just light the grill, plug in the rotisserie, and let your hog roast just like an oven.

Our Hogs:  Our hogs are fresh, hormone-free, and federally inspected. They have never been frozen nor do they eat tennis shoes!
