The twice annual Boutique will take place from noon to 5 pm at the Sage Inn & Lounge (www.sageinnptown.com)
Food lovers will be able to sample and purchase a hand selected group of New England’s best gourmet, small batch food products to help make the meal of their dreams or for more inspired drinking and snacking. There will be 15 vendors from throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont showcasing inventive sauces, dressings, glazes, condiments and preserves, non-alcoholic shrubs, gourmet olive oil, flavored vinegars, granola, compound butter, homemade pickle spears and chips, fruit and flower infused water as well as a variety of traditional and non-traditional sweets, such as French-made caramels, specialty chocolates, cookies and fudge sauce. The featured food producers will include Blissful Olive Trading Company, Blossom Water, Caramels de Bouchard, Chefy Bainier, Doves and Figs, Fudge Everything, Golden Girl Granola, Kayak Cookies, KRM Chocolates, Lark Fine Foods, Ooma Tesoro’s, Ruuska Pickles, Wozz! Kitchen Creations and more.
In addition, Sage Head Chef, Lucio Garnica, and his team of chefs and mixologists will be showcasing Sage’s new Spring/Summer menu featuring small plates and creative cocktails. On the menu, foodies will find a large selection of inventive dishes highlighting local produce and cocktails made with herbs from Sage’s own on-site herb garden, such as a Spicy Thai Martini with garlic vodka, habanero simple syrup, fresh basil and lemongrass and a Tequila Watermelon Radish Cocktail.
