Thomas Richardson, currently Assistant Division Manager with responsibility for the Longboat Key office of Sentry Management, served as Community Manager of Renaissance I during the four years of the energy efficiency effort being recognized. “It was a complex initiative of about a dozen major projects that were prioritized based on cost and financial return” said Richardson. “I worked closely with two great Board committees, engineers and consultants to make smart, well-informed decisions. I think our efforts really paid off.”
Sentry Management is privileged to work with nearly 30 communities in Florida that were nominated for Communities of Excellence recognition. This year, Sentry is associated with eight finalists--a record number for any community association management company.
