JK Design Announces Milestone Reorganization

HILLSBOROUGH, N.J. - April 29, 2014 - PRLog -- JK Design, a full-service advertising agency with locations in NJ and NYC, has announced several promotions and staff reassignments designed to support its dramatic growth and expansion into new service areas, technologies, and markets.

After nearly 30 years in business, this milestone reorganization will enable the agency to streamline workflows and enhance capabilities across all departments.

“Each of these individuals has a proven track record of dedication,” said Jerry Kaulius, founder and chief creative officer. “These changes will allow us to make an immediate impact on client service and support the long-term goals—and growth—of our agency.”

Brett Fielo, formerly VP of technology/strategy,andMartha Marchesi, formerly VP of creative/marketing services, now form the new COO team, responsible for guiding the agency through technical and strategic issues, challenges, and opportunities.

Mark Medeiros, formerly creative director, has been promoted to executive VP/creative director. A 20-year veteran of the agency, he now provides leadership and oversight to JK Design's creative teams.

Former interactive creative director Joe Jordan has taken on additional responsibilities as creative director. After eight years with the agency, he brings a unique combination of technical skills and artistic vision to a variety of projects across all media.

Chris Milan has been promoted from lead writer to VP of copy development, managing JK Design's copywriting, editing, and proofreading/quality assurance staff and projects.

After 15 years with the agency, former senior media developer John Geoghegan is now director of motion graphics, ensuring that the right people, technology, and approaches are in place for JK Design's video and interactive projects.

Brian Faust, formerly lead project manager of JK Design’s NYC office, is now director of project management, responsible for defining and implementing effective project management processes across the agency.

Glenn Rosko has joined the agencywide team of creative directors after heading up creative direction for the NYC office. With more than 25 years' experience, he continues to inspire and encourage diverse ideas that lead to exceptional work.

Former account manager Ashley Summerer is now project and community manager, responsible for steering JK Design's  social media strategy as well as managing a variety of client projects

Elaine Susarchick, formerly a quality assurance specialist, is now office manager, working closely with the entire staff to meet JK Design's day-to-day operational and organizational needs.
