Young Clement Rivers Attorneys Recognized as 2014 Super LawyersFour earn Super Lawyer distinction in their practice areas; two listed as “Rising Stars”
By: Young Clement Rivers LLP No more than 5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by Super Lawyers. Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business, is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The annual selections are made using a rigorous multi-phased process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates, and peer reviews by practice area. Also recognized from the firm were attorneys Christine K. Toporek and Brian L. Quisenberry who were named “Rising Stars” for 2014, a list of the top, up-and-coming attorneys in the state. To be eligible for inclusion, a candidate must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state receive this honor. The Super Lawyers lists are published nationwide in Super Lawyers magazines and in leading city and regional magazines across the country. Super Lawyers magazines also feature editorial profiles of attorneys who embody excellence in the practice of law. For more information about Super Lawyers, go to www.superlawyers.com. Just last year, Super Lawyers announced that their comprehensive selection process had been patented (U.S. Pat. No. 8,412,564).
