Upon registering your company with this program you will be giving a single designated toll free telephone number that will be used as your company Customer Service Support line. Once your office receives a phone call or an email from a customer that is neither happy or satisfied from your services, do to any reason, all you have to do is simply direct them to us. At that point, your assign representative will start gathering all the necessary information, listen to their problems, sort their issues, answer their questions, and help them in filing their claim properly (If Any) with us.
