Bobbitt Builds Apex’s First Brewery

APEX, N.C. - April 28, 2014 - PRLog -- Bobbitt Design Build recently completed Apex’s first handcrafted microbrewery, Brüeprint Brewery, to create more space for the owner’s “garage business.” The renovation consisted of an interior fit-up within a 25,000-square-foot mixed use development located at 1229 Perry Road.

The 5,000-square-foot former office space features an open-floor plan with a bar, tasting room, private tasting room and production area. Large windows in the tasting room will allow customers to view the brewing equipment, and kegs will be stored in specially constructed cold storage rooms before shipment.

During construction, the Bobbitt team’s biggest challenge was installing and testing the brewing equipment, while maximizing the amount of room for production, tasting and growth.

“My new facility is the first of its kind in Apex,” said owner Eric Wagner, who was referred to Bobbitt by a colleague and existing Bobbitt customer. “I look forward to joining the Apex community over a special brew.”

Brüeprint Brewery is now open to the public Wednesday through Saturday from 4 p.m. – 10 p.m.
