DCG Selected To Present, "The Impact of Cognitive Biases on Test and Project Team,” at STAREast

The presentation, part of the Personal Excellence track of the conference, will take place on May 7, from 3:00-4:00pm. Tom Cagley, Agile Practice Manager and Vice President of Consulting, will explain the cognitive biases that affect team thinking and provide takeaway strategies for how teams can work with and around these biases to improve team dynamics.
