TCS engaged to build a refinery for DEPCO in Guyana in a public - private partnership valued as much as $10 Billion USD, leveraging state of the art technology and close proximity to supply for the benefit of the people in the region. The USGS estimates over 15 billion barrels of oil reserves lie in the Guyana-Suriname Basin Province. DEPCO has completed an Environmental Study and the project has passed a public forum resulting in an agreement between DEPCO and the Government of Guyana providing tax benefits and a thousand acres of state land for the project. The refinery will also be positioned to process USA domestic oil into product.

Jason C. Sparks, President of TCS says “this project aligns with TCS’ vision of delivering infrastructure that empowers third world nations while meeting the criteria for business success."

Delta Energy & Petroleum Co. (DEPCO), is a US Corporation, with a mission to increase the petroleum refining capacity in Guyana, the only English-speaking country in South America to increase supply and create jobs.
