Dharma Health Institute Grand Opening in Playa Del Rey

Playa Del Rey,CA - Locally owned Dharma Health Institute announced today that they will offer free classes in Yoga, Qi Gong and Tai Chi during their Grand Opening Saturday April 26, 2014 10am-3pm. Beach city residents are already buzzing the phone lines to RSVP a spot. DHI insist it's first come first serve.

Dharma Health Institute expects residents who are curious about the holistic approach or those who stop through to get some information or education and possibly take a free course in Tai Chi. Head EECP technician Jared Wells says the right diet and help from the EECP machine has increased bloodflow in every single patient.

One block separates the beach from this facility. Dharma Health Institute is a comprehensive wellness center, focusing on a holistic and traditional approach to the sciences, with a focus on cultivating self-mastery through training and education.
