(Palm Beach, FL – April 24, 2014) The Colony Hotel, the center of Palm Beach society for nearly 70 years, will be offering a special Mother’s Day Brunch in the hotel’s popular restaurant Polo Steaks & Seafood.
On Sunday, May 11, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Polo’s special Mother’s Day Brunch will provide an abundant of tasty food stations for every diner, including omelets, waffles, hand carved Prime Rib of Angus Beef, Herb Roasted Turkey or Roast Loin of Pork, and various seafood specialties. There will also be an assortment of salads, cold and hot buffets, fresh fruits and desserts. The brunch will also include a variety of fresh vegetables and herbs harvested from The Colony's own onsite garden.
