Of course, we will continue to focus on quality over quantity so even though we want to grow, we only want to do it the right way.”

Thrive Events, Inc. Promotes Team Members to Management
In order to properly manage the firm’s expansion, Thrive Events, Inc. has promoted one of its top performing team members to a position of management. Kelsey will be launching the new market with the support of Herb and Jeromy. Together, the three will be responsible to build the new market and are expected to learn a great deal as they put their training into action.
As the manager of the new location, Kelsey will be responsible for setting up the office, running campaigns, managing the territory which will include overseeing 10 to 15 stores, as well as hiring and training her own team members. Additionally, she will need to grow the company’s client list by adding new brands to their portfolio.
