To start, the company recently added two health and wellness clients to their roster. Dana, one of Proof Management’s marketing strategists, will be overseeing one of them which will require travel to Virginia Beach for training. The company has also developed a new partnership with a national retailer which will enable the firm’s brand ambassadors more opportunities for using their interactive promotional campaigns with the public.
Additionally, several teams have worked exceptionally hard to gain measurable profit increases for clients. Alexia and Byron took control of the campaign for a leading hospitality industry client while several others collaborated on a well-known cosmetics campaign, achieving top percentile results nationwide. With the addition of new clients, the firm has needed to expand the size of its team as well. New members include Kristen, Vanessa, Tyler, and Kendall. According to a spokesperson for the company, Kristen in particular is doing an exceptional job already as a trainee. “Despite her full-time school schedule, she is already making huge advancements in her leadership training as she gains real life experience to complement her academic education. She’s also getting a great jump on her career thanks to our management training program!”

Proof Management’s Promotions and Expansions

Lindsay explained, “We really work to help our professionals create their own successful paths. We also provide many incentive programs for the high achievers in our office.” She went on to explain how well this system has worked for the company thus far, contributing to several recent promotions.
In particular, congratulations are in order for Samantha and Eric for their promotions into team leadership. Byron also worked hard and has earned his leadership promotion. These individuals bring ambition and hard work to a new level, and are contributing to the success of the firm.
In addition to promotions, Proof Management frequently holds friendly internal competitions to build a team atmosphere and keep the team members thinking creatively. The firm’s bonus winners this past week were Monica and Eric, and were rewarded with gas cards. Additionally, two other account managers were treated to massages as congratulations for doing the physical work of relocating the firm’s belongings to a new office.
The firm’s calendar this past month was rounded out by a training session conducted by Lindsay for the members of the Arizona office. One of the training participants commented, “Lindsay ran the meeting, going over strategic leadership skills, time management, and how to get to the top like she has, using determination and hard work! It was a highly motivational day.”
