Aspiranet, one of the state’s largest providers of THP, knows that transitional care is critical to ensuring success for youth as they “age out” of foster care when they turn 18. THP Plus partners with local businesses and agencies to provide housing opportunities, job placement, educational enrollment and youth support services with the goal of creating independent, productive citizens who will successfully transition into adulthood.
