WINNIPEG, Manitoba - April 24, 2014 - PRLog -- The Garrick Hotel, an historic Canadian pub and live music venue in the heart of downtown Winnipeg, has reached a rarely-achieved milestone of more than 1,000 live-music videos posted to YouTube – all filmed during Live @ the Garrick Hotel. Fans of live music now have instant access to an exclusive selection of performances by up-and-coming local and Canadian bands. Live @ the Garrick Hotel features live musical talent and guest DJs throughout the week. The band B-Side Apostles, featuring radio personality Larry Updike, plays every second week from 6 to 8 p.m. The Flip Cats featuring Mike J.T. Melnyk, veteran of the rockabilly scene in Winnipeg, returns to Live @ the Garrick Hotel on Saturday, May 17 at 8 p.m. The Live @ the Garrick Hotel YouTube channel captures the eclectic musical sounds of each band, as well as the fun party atmosphere enjoyed by patrons.
