Molto Properties & Generational Commercial Properties Announce Industrial Project in Houston

HOUSTON - April 23, 2014 - PRLog -- Molto Properties announced today plans to design and develop a 166,250 square-foot, state-of-the-art distribution building in north Houston. The industrial project, a first for the company in the Houston market, will be co-developed with Generational Commercial Properties, a commercial real estate development and project management firm based in Austin, Texas.

Marketed by Mike Taetz, Bill Byrd and Ryan Byrd of Colliers International, the project is scheduled for completion in fall 2014. Previous Molto Properties' projects include roughly four million square feet with properties in Illinois and California.
