Cabo Flats Cantina and Tequila Bar to open 3rd location

STUART, Fla. - April 23, 2014 - PRLog -- STUART, FL - Cabo (http://www.caboflats.com/) Flats Cantina and Tequila Bar is excited to announce it will be opening a third location at the historic Rookie’s building at the foot of the Roosevelt Bridge at 423 S.E. Federal Highway.

The Stuart restaurant is approximately 5,500 square feet and will feature Cabo’s signature indoor-outdoor garage-door bar as well as a rooftop bar on top of the 1926 building.

“For many years now we have received wonderful support from Martin County residents who traveled to our original Palm Beach Gardens location,” says Adam Robin, Cabo Flats’ director of operations. “It is our pleasure now to open this new Cabo Flats in their backyard and make our famous margaritas and fresh food available to more of the Treasure Coast.”

It will employ approximately 60 “Cabo Crewmembers” and include the original Cabo’s fantastic food and party specials, including:

·   Signature food items such as chimichurri steak and sizzling fajitas
·   Signature drinks such as the strawberry basil martini, jalapeno cilantro margarita, and mason jar sangria

The original Cabo Flats opened in 2009 at Downtown at the Gardens in Palm Beach Gardens. The restaurant quickly gained popularity in the area for serving up delicious Mexican food, specialty cocktails, margaritas and more at a sprawling indoor-outdoor bar. The nightlife also has become a staple in northern Palm Beach County.

The Stuart location is scheduled to open this winter. The restaurant's owners plan to open 1-2 additional locations within the next year, and they have received interest in franchising opportunities around the country.
