Distinguished Boards and Beams stocks a large array of reclaimed barnwood that can serve as siding, flooring, timbers, mantlepieces, and various other non-structural or structural applications. “Each wood sample has its own texture, character, shape, color, and durability. We aim to partner our inventory supply with our clients’ needs, which include general contractors, project managers, architects, artists, homeowners and business owners.”

DBB carries a consistent inventory of hard and soft wood species that are regularly sourced from old barns on the American and Canadian East and West Coasts and the Midwest, which include:  Pine, Long Leaf Heart Pine, White and Red Oak, Beech, Elm, and Mixed Hardwood Species. DBB also has sourced wood in Asia and the Middle East, most often teak wood.
