Tampa area metal band VOZ announced today that EA Kroll Productions and Exodus Cymbals artist Dennis Stelling will be their new drummer. VOZ is led by frontman Morrie V, who's searing vocals and blazing guitar runs are a crushing combination. With contributions from former King Diamond axe slinger Pete Blakk and Cage guitarist Dave Garciaon, VOZ's debut album, titled “Shadows of Death”, was an eye opener for the metal world.
Dennis is the former drummer for InRuinz, Ghost Tribe Rebellion, and Symbol of Sorrow. He has shared the stage with bands such as Jackyl, Mushroomhead, Gwar, The Black Crows, Firehouse, WASP, and Michael Graves just to name a few. Dennis's ability to blend drumming styles makes him a perfect addition to this project.
Dennis’s ability to adapt to different musical styles sets him apart. Since he is no stranger to the stage or the studio, he has been asked to work with different artists. Between his work with with Ghost Tribe Rebellion and InRuinz, he has recently begun collaborating with Hip Hop producer Dayon "Mohlz" Mohler. This ability to adapt to different styles has caught the attention of international recording artists, drum manufactures, and independent as well as satellite radio stations.
VOZ is ready to enter the studio and begin recording the follow up to the hit album "Shadows of Death". With Morrie V. on vocals and guitar, Buddy Zappa on Bass, and Dennis Stelling on drums, metal fans are counting the days until the new album drops.
