Premier Sotheby’s International Realty adds Tim Shears to Belleair/Clearwater Roster

Shears will join the team of associates Diane Swainston and Robyn Gunn. The team has more than 45 years of combined real estate experience.

Shears previously owned a Sotheby's International Realty firm that was purchased by Premier Sotheby’s International Realty President and CEO, Judy Green, in 2011. Shears then moved to England and opened an office for United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty as part of the UK's expansion of Sotheby's Realty. He returned to the Bay area in 2013 to continue helping customers, both domestic and abroad, with their property goals and aspirations.
