Bubbles is designed to help preschoolers learn the basics of acting, singing and dancing in a fun, safe, family-friendly environment. The Bubbles program has a unique eight-lesson syllabus that progresses throughout the year. At the end of each term, the Bubbles kids hold a little open class performance for parents with a special song and dance at the end.
In the VIP All Access, 5–7 year olds will get a sneak peek into every realm. Students learn a different style of dance each term, with the core being hip-hop. If your child loves to sing then this is the class for them, as they will sing along to their favourite songs while learning basic techniques for the voice.
Drama queen did you say? VIP All Access has it all. Students learn improvisation by acting out scripts from Disney, Nickelodeon and more. The VIP AA syllabus is designed to encourage students to take risks and think creatively, while having loads of fun.
A1 Studios’ Principal explains: ‘We want all VIP AA kids to graduate knowing more about performing arts and finding what they like best, whether that’s singing like a rock star, dancing like a ballerina or B-Boy, or acting on stage or for film or television.’
Aurora adds that they are ‘committed to helping children find out what they’re good at, what they’re passionate about and who they truly are. At A1, the teachers foster self-expression, creativity and individuality, and challenge students both mentally and physically. In a safe and positive environment, children are encouraged to break through negative barriers and find their place in the world.’
At A1 your child will learn more than dancing, singing and acting: ‘A1 also teaches students about friendship, love, kindness, patience, empathy and respect for themselves and others. When children are happy and feel safe, they have the confidence to be themselves and to reach their goals. When children are given the opportunity to express themselves creatively, they can tap into their intuitive side.
Principal of A1 Studios, Aurora, has had over 22 years’ experience in the performing arts industry, working in musical theatre, film and television. She trained in all styles of dance, in Sydney and Los Angeles, with names like Matt Lee and Shane Sparks. And she studied with film and television coaches John Noble and Sam Noble.
‘My passion is teaching and helping kids’, says Aurora, who has been teaching for more than seven years.
Summing up the philosophy at A1, Aurora says: ‘We believe that A1 students will change the world through love, compassion and kindness.’
