“This book is targeted to those who want to start a business. I want it to act as an advocate that will prevent entrepreneurs from learning some of the hard lessons I had to as a result of my own mistakes. Speaking about failure in business is often taboo. Why? It is how we learn and how we prevent others from making major mistakes. That’s the whole point to this project, which is why I am reaching out to other business owners,” said Garrett.
Twyla Garrett is not offering a paid allotment or a royalties allotment for any contributions submitted for her book. “I really want business owners to understand how valuable their insight is. I’m looking for two to four hundred words on failure from all types of business owners, within all industries, and from all over the globe,” finished Garrett. Some business owners will be asked to provide further information based on their submissioms.
