Mr. Epps joins Phillips with more than twenty years of experience in risk management, operations and sales. Most recently, he served as Sales and Marketing Director for a regional Chamber of Commerce. With Phillips Staffing, Mr. Epps will aid in the direction of safety and training initiatives and operational processes for branch management and will also serve a vital role in client relations and sales.
A native of Fountain Inn, SC, Mr. Epps received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the College of Charleston and has completed MBA coursework at Clemson University. He is a Certified Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Black Belt and a Senior Member of American Society for Quality. Active in the community and currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Fountain Inn Kids Enrichment Center, he formerly served as a Flight Coordinator with Greenville Junior Team Tennis.
