Johnson has been studying fitness and dance for more than 12 years. With experience in numerous styles of fitness genres, she can lead Zumba, Yoga, and Hip Hop classes, as well as her self-created fitness programs. She encourages a non-competitive, party-like atmosphere where attendees do not watch the clock. By creating this fun and highly-energized environment in her classes, she has been able to draw attention from the masses.

Ashley’s Fitness Party – The original and most requested option. This fun, high-impact dance aerobics workout to a great mix of music including hip-hop, Latin, line dance and pop. Never watch the clock, as you sweat and burn calories.
Cardio Tone – A fusion of free weights and mid-impact to high-impact cardio moves for full-body muscle tone and sweaty workout.
Zumba – Learn new moves while having fun with this high-impact Latin and international dance aerobics to fun dance music.
Yoga – A low-impact stretching and toning workout with Hatha-style yoga.

The Ashley Fitness Party School Tour was created to increase awareness about the importance of fitness and health. This lively event catersto young people, keeping them engaged throughout the event, while teaching about the perils of childhood obesity. The event empowers children to stay fit through powerful and fun dance moves, offers motivational speeches on health and nutrition.
“I realize that television, parental influence and books are not nearly enough for young people to make the connection between a long, healthy life and committing to a fitness and healthy eating regimen,” said Johnson. “Making the programs fun and family-friendly is a requirement of today’s multifaceted workout environment. You may be at home with kids, at a workout center or even at a school.”
Johnson is motivated to help others prevent chronic disease such as adult diabetes. This disease runs in her family and has affected people she loves. Since it can be prevented by good health and exercise, maintaining healthy eating habits and exercising consistently has become her life’s work.
