Hybrids supported by 4 implants : Live Patient Surgical and Restorative Course

MIAMI - April 21, 2014 - PRLog -- Course Objetive

Participants will learn to master the surgical and restorative protocols placing 4 implants in edentulous patients, working on patients under direct supervision of board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeons and implant masters.

The growing number of fully edentulous patients in North America has prompted the need for creative, inexpensive and effective methods to restore these patients with fixed prosthesis.

In 2010 Nobelbiocare trademarked a concept developed by Dr. Paolo Malo known as the “all-on-4” as a positive answer to worldwide problem of edentulous.

This technique has been proven effective utilizing other implants systems and for the 1st time in the American Continent there is a training course where advanced licensed dentists from all over the world can master this technique while working on patients under direct supervision of board certified oral-maxillofacial surgeons and experienced restoring dentists.

Course Schedule for 4 day

July 20 (9 am – 5 pm):

• 9 am – 1 pm Presentation of clinical protocols (surgical and restorative)

• 2 pm – 5 pm Hands-on Workshop on models

July 21 (8 am – 8 pm):

Doctors will be teamed in groups of 2.

Each doctor will place implants, abutments, take impressions and deliver hybrids on 3 patients, and assist on 3 additional cases.

• 8 am – 1 pm (1rd Live Case)

• 2 pm – 8 pm (2nd Live Case)

July 22  (8 am – 8 pm):

• 8 am – 1 pm (3rd Live Case)

• 2 pm – 8 pm (4th Live Case)

July 23  (8 am – 8 pm):

• 9 am – 1 pm (5th Live Case)

• 1 pm – 8 pm (6th Live Case)

Registration Information

• Course date: July 20, 21, 22 & 23, 2014

• 1 day of lectures and workshops

• 3 days of Live surgeries on patients

• Live surgeries clinical requirements

• Course limited to 6 licensed dentists

• Participants must have surgical experience having placed at least 100 implants

• Each Dentist will operate on 3 patients, take impressions and deliver hybrid bridges.

• Each dentist will work in teams of two and will assist on 3 additional cases.

• Courses are taught in English held in the Dominican Republic

Tuition: $14,500
