The conference is hosted by the American Wind Energy Association and is entitled Transformation In Motion this year. Alewine says the conference title sums up the event’s many benefits, as all the resources have been aligned to deliver an event that promotes wind energy industry transformation through experience, knowledge and collaboration.
“This conference is always the premiere event for wind energy professionals to converge and generate workable ideas for expanding the renewable energy sector and this year is no exception,” said Alewine. “We have a powerful lineup of industry experts for our technical sessions and other educational events. There is also a strong support from suppliers providing more opportunities to learn about new technologies, improving reliability and profitability as well as growing the industry into new areas and more challenging wind regimes."
Alewine will also present a session on May 8th in the Reef E Room entitled Innovation in Remanufacturing of Generators, and Shermco Industries is sponsoring the opening night reception at the House of Blues in Mandalay Bay from 5 – 7p.m. on Monday night.
