“The Show must Go On.. Nothing could stop Premia India Runway week”, said Tarun Shienh

NOIDA, India - April 21, 2014 - PRLog -- After the great success and appreciation that Premia India Runway week earned in 2 days…. came with a surprise on the finale. The day which was most important to sum up the success of the event… the day to showcase the best designs of the renowned designers… the day with so many celebrities… was welcomed with a notice from NDMC with a sudden cancellation of the venue. A wave of confusion moved with a speed among the designers and the models. This news suddenly changed the glamorous ambience to a place where models designers and other people were seen sitting with gloomy faces without any clue that what would happen next. The organizing team tried their best approaching NDMC officials but due to Good Friday and the official holiday all was in vain.

Then came a real hero, Tarun Shienh with a quick solution. Tarun Shienh who is recognized by people as The Real Estate guru … a man who is always ready to help people when they find themselves stuck in Real Estate Industry…. today it was fashion industry which needed help! Tarun Shienh, CMD PREMIA GROUP took a quick decision of changing the venue, with an encouraging speech to the designers and models who were sitting depressed. He said the show must go on and nothing can stop Premia India Runway week to sum up successfully with this finale.

The venue was shifted in just 1 hour from Talkatora stadium to Connaught place, where the finale of Premia India Runway week SE 14 was successfully summed up with great success. It was for the first time in Indian History of fashion industry that the show was not cancelled even after such a big hurdle, but was taken to a height of success where the guest, designers and models enjoyed the show and appreciated the energy of the team that was put together to make this event a huge success.

The designers for the final day were swati modo, Faraz Manan(Pakistan designer) with Gunjan Soni, Varija Bajaj, Rajdeep Ranawat (Finale Designer)

After the show Tarun Shienh, CMD Premia Group said, “I am happy to see the team work and energy that was showcased today to make this show a success. It was not possible without the support of the entire team. But this has given us a lesson that nothing is impossible in this word the only thing required is to show trust in each other. We all have created history today and have done something that no one in the past have ever thought of. I congratulate the entire team for the success of the show.”

Kiran Kheva, Director told us “We were informed by the authorities that venue booking is cancelled & we were in shock, we tried to reach the authorities but they were not ready to listen. The way out were to postpone the finale day or cancel the finale day” Avinash Pathania, Director added “Being IFFD a young team, When Tarun Shienh Ji  said “The Show Must Go on” and then came up with the idea of venue shift, we had a discussion with our associates, designers, talent team and production team. Everyone was on support of the idea” The third day venue was White Waters instead of Talkatora stadium.

Designer Varija Bajaj said “It was an unforeseen circumstance but then isn’t that all about testing people, their strength and relationships. It was brilliant how the whole team stood up strong together to support each other. It was even more overwhelming to see the support of guests and the media who stood by every minute supporting us to put together a brilliant show. I am only proud to be part of this experience and all those who stood by us”
