MINNEAPOLIS - April 21, 2014 - PRLog -- The Spotlight Group, Inc. team recently the national conference in Chicago, Illinois that featured keynote addresses and breakout training sessions led by advertising industry thought leaders. This event was an opportunity for top Spotlight Group, Inc. performers to learn best practices as well as network with highly accomplished individuals in the marketing world.

Over the course of the weekend, the executives received training that will assist them in becoming more effective in the field. A wide range of topics were covered, with leadership development one of the more strategic subjects discussed by those in attendance.

The firm’s director of operations reiterated one of the resounding themes from the conference, “There are leaders and there are those who lead. Leaders are those in a place of authority, those who lead inspire us. We follow them not because we have to but because we want to.”
