The restoration of the historic building into upscale condo homes at 401 North Prince Street has been ongoing, and the model home is currently open from 1-3pm every Sunday.  There are 49 individually deeded condos, slated for delivery by the end of 2014 or early 2015.  Almost half have been reserved as preconstruction comes to a close.
