Set to graduate in June with a degree in Real Estate, Hanson explains that a career in residential sales had been inevitable since she and her husband began investing in rental properties. “Becoming a Realtor® was an easy choice for me,” states Hanson. “I love my job and I look forward to it every day, for the opportunity it gives me to make a beneficial, lasting impact on the lives of my clients.”
As a property manager and a specialist in residential sales, Hanson’s organizational skills, work ethic and attention to detail have facilitated her success. Currently a resident of the foothills of Mount Helix, she serves buyers and sellers from the brokerage’s La Mesa office.
Hanson and her husband relocated to San Diego eight years ago from the Bay area. With a passion for renovating properties, she offers first-hand knowledge about how to improve a home’s physical condition and aesthetic beauty.
Drawing from her experience investing in rental properties, Hanson provides her clients with valuable guidance relating to their real estate portfolios. “I enjoy building relationships with my clients and assisting them in what is often one of the biggest decisions they will ever make,” comments Hanson.
A stay at home mom for 12 years to her two children, Hanson decided to pursue a career in residential sales as a result of her belief in the value of real estate as an investment and desire to have a flexible schedule. “Being a Realtor® allows me to help people find a home—a place to call their own—and still gives me the flexibility to be involved at my children’s school,” adds Hanson.
