HELP GREATER CINCINNATI GET $300,000 worth of books for childern's literacy

First Book of Greater Cincinnati has been challenged with raising $5,000 by July 1, so we can become eligible to win 40,000 books to give to underprivileged children in the Greater Cincinnati area.

CINCINNATI - April 18, 2014 - PRLog -- This is both an opportunity and a challenge for First Book of Greater Cincinnati.  A challenge to us a and to our community to take the work of your Advisory Board to the next level and an opportunity to our community to raise funds needed to support the children we serve.

We are looking for sponsors of events or donors to meet our goal. We were 1 of 10 Advisory Boards choosen to take this challenge.


·        Meet your 2014 Fundraising Goal of $5,000 by July 1, 2014 and be eligible to win a truckload of 40,000 books. (written commitment of funds will be counted towards the goal)

·        Two trucks are up for grabs and will be awarded to the first two Advisory Boards who meet the challenge and commit to distributing 40,000 books

·        The books donated inventory from Disney / Hyperion Publishers with a retail value of over $300,000 they are mixed titles and mixed age.

Who in Cincinnati will help us meet this amazing opportunity for Cincinnati's Children?
