Nexus Property Management™ offers the RENT4U™ program to property owners in Rhode Island & Southeastern Massachusetts who are in need of quality tenants for their rental properties. We receive calls, emails, and texts everyday from potential tenants looking for apartments and homes to rent. We also have a database of recent submissions on our Vacancy (http://nexri.com/vacancies.html) page which contains contact info, property type and area desired. This means it is likely that we have someone looking for a property like yours right now! RENT4U™ is a leasing service designed for property owners that would like to utilize the marketing tools and tenant placement procedures of Nexus Property Management™, but would like to still manage the day to day operations of the property once it is rented.

Nexus Will:

Photograph your vacancy

Create marketing materials and advertise

Handle all calls and inquiries

Show property to potential tenants

Collect 1st months rent and security deposit

Once an Owner approved tenant is found we will draft all required documents and collect the necessary funds.
Owner will then receive a signed lease along with a professionally screened and qualified new tenant.
