Lee & Associates Oakland Promotes Ben Jones to Principal

OAKLAND, Calif. - April 18, 2014 - PRLog -- OAKLAND, Calif.—April 18, 2014—The Oakland office of Lee & Associates, one of the largest broker-owned commercial brokerage firms in the nation, announced the promotion of Ben Jones to principal.

Jones, a graduate of Kenyon College in Ohio, joined Lee & Associates Oakland in 2008 as an associate. He specializes in the sales and leasing of office space in the greater Oakland Metropolitan marketplace and since January of last year he has completed more than 50 office leases and sales in the Bay Area.

Indeed, since April 2006, when Lee Oakland opened its doors with four brokers, the office has grown to 15 brokers who serve the industrial, office and retail markets. In addition to the national outreach that all Lee offices enjoy through the other 48 Lee offices, there are two other offices in Northern California including Pleasanton and Stockton, which add an additional 45 brokers to this region.
