Dr. Bruce Bridewell, M.D. Medical Director
Dr. Bridewell has enjoyed a distinguished career in military medical service, as well as a top consultant to organizations such as NOAA and Sealand Corporation, and in private practice. He has served as a Naval Officer, a Flight Surgeon, and a General Practice Physician during his more than three decades of service to our country through his medical skills. Dr. Bridewell is a graduate of the US Naval Academy.
Dr. Norma Henriquez, M.D. Staff Psychiatrist
Dr. Henriquez is a psychiatrist with over twenty years of experience working in Southwest Florida. Clients at the Gabel Center benefit from Dr. Henriquez’s decades of experience in working with those affected by addiction, and the many underlying causes. Dr. Henriquez is a native of Honduras, and her medical career has taken her all over the US, including stops in Plymouth, Indiana, Jacksonville, Florida, Hampton, Virginia and at Texas Tech University, where she was Chief Resident.
Aaron B. Leet, MSEd., NCC Clinical Director
Aaron is a licensed psychotherapist and Nationally Certified Counselor who comes to us from Minnesota. He has dedicated his professional life to therapeutic work for over 14 years. Aaron’s past experience is broad; having worked in a variety of settings with persons afflicted with mental health and substance abuse disorders, encompassing both substance and process addictions. Aaron has worked in hospital, inpatient, community outreach, criminal justice and school settings.
