American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers Elects David Sprentall as Fellow

PHOENIX - April 17, 2014 - PRLog -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Phoenix partner David Sprentall has been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers (ACCFL), effective April 12, 2014.


Founded in 1991, ACCFL is a professional organization dedicated to promoting the field of commercial finance law through education, legislative reform and the recognition of distinguished practitioners, jurists and academics. ACCFL offers a venue to promote and recognize outstanding achievement and advances in the field of commercial finance law. Of particular interest to ACCFL is the recognition of those individuals who have not only attained a high degree of skill in the field of law, but who have helped others in the field by sharing their knowledge.


At Snell & Wilmer, Sprentall's practice is concentrated in banking and commercial finance with emphasis on loan originations, syndicated lending, structured finance, loan sales and servicing, real estate development finance, letters of credit, workouts and restructuring, and regulation of financial institutions. He received his juris doctorate, magna cum laude, from the Penn State University, Dickinson School of Law.
