Renowned local property executive retires after 38 years

LOUTH, U.K. - April 17, 2014 - PRLog -- Paul Riggall of Wilkin Chapman Grange has retired after 38 years with the firm; leaving his successor, Richard Brown, with large shoes to fill.

Paul joined Wilkin Chapman in 1976 and has specialised in property work throughout his years with the firm – dealing with domestic sales and purchases, transfers of property and remortgages.

He was first based at the firm’s previous offices on Grimsby Road in Cleethorpes, and in 1991, moved to the firm’s Louth office in Cornmarket where he remained for the rest of his working life.

Richard Brown has joined the property team in Louth bringing with him a wealth of experience. He has dealt with residential property matters for over 20 years and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2001.  Richard will help clients with domestic house sales and purchases, transfers of property and remortgages.  He also has considerable experience in dealing with housing association shared ownership transactions and the Government's 'help to buy' schemes.

Paul said, "After 38 years I will be sad to leave Wilkin Chapman Grange and my colleagues behind. I have seen the firm change and evolve over the years, experiencing extensive growth and I wish them, and Richard, all the best for the future."
