VPI Now Offering Power Plug Adapters

AURORA, Ohio - April 17, 2014 - PRLog -- Aurora, OH: Video Products Inc (VPI) today announced the addition of power plug adapters to its popular line of power products. Power plug adapters are ideal for converting power plug connections between different standards.

A wide range of North American and European power adapters are available with straight or angled configurations. The North American NEMA 1-15P to IEC 320 C7 (figure-8 shaped) adapter can be used to power laptops, audio-visual equipment, and video game consoles, while the NEMA 1-15P to Europlug CEE 7/16 adapter can connect European cables to North American power sockets. Both NEMA 1-15P adapters have straight and angled options.

Three-prong NEMA 5-15P to IEC 320 C5 (cloverleaf) or C13 adapter can be used to power laptop power supplies, portable projectors, desktop computers, and printers, while the NEMA 5-15P to Schuko CEE 7/7 adapter enables connection to European power cords. The NEMA 5-15P to IEC 320 C5 and C7 adapters have down angled options for fitting into tight spaces.

The European Schuko CEE 7/7 to NEMA 5-15R connects European devices to a North American power cord and is available straight or angled. To connect laptop power supplies, portable projectors, desktop computers, and printers to a European power supply, the Schuko CEE 7/7 to IEC 320 C5 or C7 adapter is a great fit. The Schuko CEE 7/7 to AS/NZS 3112 power adapter enables a European device to be powered by an Australian or New Zealand power cord.
