Located at 13087 US Highway 183N, the Fairfield Inn & Suites Austin Northwest/Research Boulevard will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Excel Austin North and managed by Excel Hotel Group of San Diego, California.

Located 24 miles from Austin Bergstrom International Airport and 16 miles from downtown, the hotel offers guests convenient access to Arboretum, The Domain, Cedar Park and iFLY Austin. Rates begin at $129 per night.
