“We are so happy to be opening our store in Moore Haven,” says Goodwill spokesperson Madison Mitchell. “The organization has wanted to grow our presence in the area for a long time and we are excited to see that happen.”
The store will offer over 6,500 square feet of retail space. The Goodwill Retail & Donation Center also features a drive-up donation drop-off, making donating to the organization more convenient. The store will also have a Job-Link Center, which will open at a later date, and will assist people with everything from resume creation to job placement.
“Moore Haven is a close-knit community,” says Mitchell. “We want to become part of that community and be seen as a resource not only for affordable household items but, also for employment services.”
The Retail & Donation Center will be open Monday-Saturday 9:00a.m.-7:00p.m. and Sunday 10:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. Attendees of the opening celebration (April 29-May 2) can enter for a chance to win an iPod Nano.
