BOSTON - April 17, 2014 - PRLog -- Boston Interactive, a digital marketing agency, is proud to announce the launch to the new National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) website, www.nbcot.org. NBCOT is a not-for-profit credentialing agency that provides certification for the occupational therapy (OT) profession.

NBCOT partnered with Boston Interactive for the strategy, design and development of their new website. The goal was to develop a solution that would provide users with an intuitive experience while showcasing the agency’s position of leadership in the OT educational space.

Boston Interactive created the new website to deliver a streamlined user experience that supports NBCOT’s business goals. The site utilizes a persona-based navigation through which visitors to the website can select the profile that fits them best; certification candidate, educator, public, etc. The site delivers targeted content and messaging based on this selection in order to successfully speak to the unique needs of NBCOT's diverse audiences. NBCOT’s previous website was extremely text heavy with many PDF documents that made it difficult for users to find information. Boston Interactive overcame this using the methodology of simplification to develop a clear content strategy that delivers information in a concise, easy to understand manner. This includes unique diagrams that guide users through the certification process in a visual, interactive way.
