PHR Construction Completes Fairfield Inn & Suites Dallas Market Center Renovation

DALLAS - April 16, 2014 - PRLog -- PHR Construction  is proud to announce the completion of the 3-floor, 116-room Fairfield Inn & Suites Dallas Market Center, located just two miles from downtown Dallas. The project began in June 2013 and was completed in two phases.

The renovation included updating all guest suites to the Fairfield Inn Perspectives décor package, which is centered on productivity and revitalization in a modern, relaxing environment. The all-suite hotel received new carpet, drapes and wall coverings. Bathrooms were updated with new tile, vinyl wall coverings, tub surrounds and light fixtures. The renovation continued to the lobby and public areas where the front desk, breakfast area, Corner Market and Connect & Print center received updates. The exterior of the hotel also received a fresh coat of paint.
