RentSense is a ground breaking rent arrears decision engine, which analyses complex historical data on a tenant’s account to assess their true arrears status. It enables social landlords to accurately identify which cases need further attention, helping them to focus resources and make efficiency gains of over 25%.
With a recent report by the Joseph Rowntree Foundation* stating that “around half of the 498,000 people paying the bedroom tax across the UK are in arrears” such technology is crucial to support the housing sector moving forward.
David Stubbs, Director of Operations, South Lakes Housing commented:
“RentSense is a valuable part of our efforts to mitigate against the effects of Welfare Reform which we expect to put considerable strain on rent collection and arrears management.”
Derek Steele, Mobysoft Managing Director said:
“Mobysoft are proud to be short-listed for these fantastic awards, which aim to recognise those organisations working on the ground, to deliver the technology solutions and support Housing Organisations need. Times have been tough for Housing Providers, but we continue to work hard, to help them to tackle Welfare Reform head on.”
