PRLog - April 16, 2014 - DELHI/NCR, India -- Although there is no official confirmation from Google on Panda release, yet the ongoing webmaster world thread is bombarded with posts about those websites which are believed to be impacted by the Panda algorithm. Some webmasters even complain of a lowest traffic in the past few years, however others think that this is the softer update as they have not witnessed any major changes in their search ranking.
However, in the absence of any announcement from Google, the lot of ambiguity is still prevailing in the digital marketing world. Though some are accepting the fluctuations in their rankings but they are not ready to accept the fact that it is due to Panda. Citing it merely as a daily fluctuations, they are keeping their eyes & ears fixed on Google's window to hear anything from them. Also the discussion on Google webmaster has brought up some interesting points. While, in India & USA, there is an effect on search engine ranking of different websites, while UK remains uninfluenced by this. There has also been a lot of chatter that e commerce websites are badly hit as Google keeps going its way to destroy all e commerce websites, except ebay and amazon. So, the questions currently pop up in mind are-
- Is this new Panda update?
- If so, is it only a monthly refresh?
- Panda update will be softer than previous updates?
Well, nothing can be said with assurance. But whatever Google move it is, it has definitely jerked the virtual world. We just hope even if it is Panda, it will not fall harsh on us.
Let's keep our fingers crossed.
