Most Buyers and Sellers don’t fully recognize the importance of working with a skilled, full time real estate professional.
According to a recent National Association of Realtors survey, when choosing an agent, younger buyers were more likely to place the agent’s honesty and trustworthiness as a higher factor than older buyers, while older buyers rate the agent’s reputation and their knowledge of the neighborhood as a higher factor.
The findings further stated that younger buyers tend to place higher importance than older buyers on agents’ communication via email and text message, while older buyers place higher importance on personal calls.

Jeff was born raised in Chicago, IL. He and his identical twin brother – Ed, moved to California in 1985. Jeff now resides in Orange with Kristina his wife of 16 years, and their 3 children. He enjoys spending time with them at the baseball, and softball field, and one of his favorite activities outside of work and family is his passion with automobiles. He currently is working on a 1974 Mazda RX-4, a never ending project according to Simons.
