Energy Tools International Welcomes Whitney Baker as Admin Assistant

April 15, 2014 - PRLog -- Energy Tools International LLC (ETI) welcomes Whitney Baker as administrative assistant to CEO, Constance Kronn.   Energy Tools International (ETI), a pioneering science and technology based company headquartered in Oregon, operates in four wellness-focused sectors:  products, services, education, research and development.

Baker joined the staff in March and provides a first point of contact for Constance Kronn.   Baker is responsible for day-to-day administrative and project tracking support to the CEO and serving as the critical link between the CEO and the company’s customers as well as the staff.  This includes managing the CEO’s calendar and travel and providing administrative support as needed.

Baker comes to ETI after 2 years of services as a freelance editor, business writer and licensed associate broker for Alice Lema Real Estate.  Prior to that she worked for Jones & Associates Premier Financial Services in Medford, Oregon as an Administrative Assistant and promoted to New Client Specialist. She coordinated presentations for multiple agents. Then was promoted to Marketing Director where she coordinated and oversaw the production of a variety of marketing materials, managed customer relations management, organized presentations, seminars, follow-up procedures, and tracking methods.

Prior professionalism included creating processes and procedures for both internal and external operations in a variety of professional settings from insurance, finance to real estate and hospitality. Organized, lead trainings for CRM systems, technical operations to increasing profitability of leads with follow through and processing efficiencies. Developed systems for tracking, prospect outreach to dramatically increase the volume of leads transitioning to clients for Jones & Associates.

Baker has extensive coursework in philosophy, writing & analysis, marketing, human resources and will likely be finishing her Certificate in Human Resource Management in the next 2 years. Baker is expected to complete her BS Business Management with an emphasis in Finance & Economics and a Psychology minor from Southern Oregon University, spring 2014.
