Within this role, Morgan will work on strategic business development, seeking out brands wanting to deliver personalised experiences online to their customers, and brands looking to enter the world of ecommerce, or improve their existing ecommerce operations, via either the Sitecore or Magento web platforms.

Morgan comes to Lab from DMR, a mobile agency he formed and sold in 2013 providing mobile digital consultancy to brands in the financial, entertainment, sports and luxury goods sectors that were struggling to monetise mobile-based applications. Prior to this, Morgan has held board roles at Bespoken, Boat International Group, Transad International PLC and has helped many media businesses raise private equity through Henderson Global Investors, August and many others.
